We are a one star little hotel in the city centre.
The last restructuration was done in 2004.
We have rooms with or without private bath, all with satellite TV, direct phone line, PC connection, ventilator. This is a pleasant family run hotel, just a few steps away from the railway station, the shuttle bus service of the airport and all urban bus stops.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you are coming with the car, take the exit to Sistiana, going on direction Trieste. After the railway station turn left after the second traffic light; when you are in via Milano, turn right to the first traffic light and you will find via Roma. After 100 metres you will find our hotel on your left side before Gran Canal.
